Service Description

You are invited to join us for a transformative experience for the body, mind and soul; including kundalini yoga, oracle reading and energetic reiki healing. We will begin with a collective card reading, channeling any divine guidance for the group. From there, we will move into Kundalini Yoga, which will consist of physical postures to align your chakras, breath and meditation. This flow will aid in helping you regulate your emotions, bring you mental clarity, and elevate your mood and vibration. During the meditation Jackie will provide reiki energetic healing to release anything that no longer serves you and balance your chakras. Expect to leave feeling refreshed, energized and experiencing a feeling of inner peace and bliss. We look forward to seeing you on the mat!!
